Registration

This year you can register for the annual meeting on-line using our CVENT registration web site. Our on-line registration allows you to select optional labs and breakout sessions.

To register on-line, click on the on-line registration link below and follow the instructions for registration. Please enter all contact information and answer all questions regarding your skills, equipment choices etc. After selecting your sessions and entering your registration information you will be prompted to enter your credit card information. A confirmation of your on-line payment and registration will be emailed to you after you register.

If you choose not to register on-line, mail-in registration is also available for the meeting below. You will need to print out the registration form and follow instructions on the form for mailing and payment.

On-Line Purchase and Information Privacy Policy

On-Line DVD Purchases
DVD purchases will be shipped via UPS or DHL and will be shipped 3-5 days after the order is processed. International orders will be shipped via USPS Airmail and Express Mail.

DVD Refund
If for any reason you find this DVD set unsatisfactory, it my be returned within 30 days of reciept for a complete refund, less the cost of shipping.

Course Refund Policy
A registration refund will be made upon written request prior to June 6, 2008; however, $100 will be retained for administrative costs. No refund will be made for cancellation after June 6, 2008; however, a set of course DVD’s and course syllabus will be mailed to these individuals. No refunds will be made on lab cancelations after June 13, 2008.
