DVD recordings of the San Diego Shoulder annual meeting lectures and demonstrations are available only as a complete set. A copy of the course syllabus and the CME paperwork is included with your order.

Dear Dr. Esch,
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you so much for putting this course on DVD. I am a busy shoulder/sports med orthopod with a 2 1/2 year old son and not a lot of free time. Two weeks ago I put in my first locking plate for a complex proximal humerus fracture that I normally have placed a hemi-arthroplasy after watching the session on proximal humerus fractures. It was the first locking shoulder plate I have ever used. But felt very confident in the operating room after viewing the DVD on that topic.
