CME Credits and Certificate
San Diego Shoulder Institute is pleased to offer online delivery of CME certificates following the annual meeting.

Follow the instructions below to submit your CME claims and print your CME certificate.  You can also update your CME claims and print your certificate at will throughout the year.

If you do not wish to submit your CME claims online, please contact the Meeting Coordinator to process your CME claim. 

Instructions for Online CME Claims and Certificate

Begin the online CME certification process by clicking the link below:

      Claim your CME Credits

  • Username:  Enter your last name and first initial.  Enter this information as a single word. Do not use a comma or a space.  (e.g.  John Doe would enter DoeJ for user name).

  • Password:  Enter your email address.

  • Follow the detailed instructions to identify session attendance and enter required information to generate a certificate.

Online CME services are not available until after the Annual Meeting is completed. If you encounter any issues with the online CME Certificate process, please contact the Meeting Coordinator to resolve your issue.
